I notice that my engine consume some oil (165,000Km)
What i need to do 1st with this problem?
I realy change all gaskets (Vtec, valve cover, screws of valve cover, spark valve cover)
I use Shell Helix HX7 10W40 here air temperature is 18cº~25cº with 80% humidity

regards

Valve stem seals could probably do with a change. Does it blow blue smoke out exhaust once in vtec?

Maybe piston rings to, i take it that oil is not fully synthetic ?

If you drive hard all the time, it will consume oil.
But if you have noticed oil consumption going up and no change to driving habits, then yeah, you may have an issue. Valve or ring issues. 10/40 oil should be good to help prevent oil consumption, I take it you changed to 10/40 for this reason?

I use this oil all time 10W40. Honda recommendation on my country.

...do you drive it hard all the time?

Or are you seeing that on normal driving your still consuming oil like you would during hard driving?

before you spent loads of money on that kinda stuff, try doing the valve clearances. bet they have not been done an it will burn oil if its badly out i bet. it is recommended for them to be done every 30 to 40,000miles specially on a car that revs so freely. if the car has not had them done at that kinda mileage the would be out quite a bit. try listening for valves tapping. hope this helps.
