these things happen, think about how much traffic these guys get. Plus they have just moved buildings so they must be going mental

I just had a fuel pump stolen from my drive way after the courier left it on my porch and the bastard was caught on CCTV and later arrested as he was in a rental car. Police cant do anything about it as he has a witness stating that he was at work. Now thats a reason to be angry lol

If you have it on cctv then surely he doesn't have a leg to stand on?

That's what I thought.. Po po said to my mum that they can't take the investigation any further. Thank god I don't actually bed the fuel pump like I thought I did haha

Man you just keep getting hit with poor service don't you chi. Hopefully since you've had this spell of bad luck, the actual swap should go smoother (with a little help from karma).

At least this issue is sorted now though. I expect updates on your K-teg when you make progress!
EZ

If you ask me, those popo are just lying dick head c*nts. Surely clear visual evidence of the bloke stealing your goods is good enough and goes above some bias idiots claim that he was at work. There's little justice in this world.

edited. Apparently he didnt have a package when arrested so no real evidence that he took it. Cant be arsed to fight for the sake of £35

Don't buy from tegiwa, end of.

Buy genuine products from genuine companies, e.g. hendy, funky power, nengun performance.
I've only ever bought one thing and that's a shift extension from them bodgers.

my contribution to these pointless threads!

Every company makes mistakes, the bigger they get the more mistakes will happen. Thats inevitable, its just how they sort them out which helps determine a good company

Hmm a lot of people seem to be pulling Tegiwa AND other companies up at the moment before waiting on there initial reply back about the incidents. To be fairly honest I'm with what Kozy and elchunk said earlier on this. MISTAKES do happen; it makes me wonder how many other forums you have posted on about the same situation? Word of mouth can completely destroy a company, was there REALLY any need for posting this thread without actually waiting on there response? In there defence any mistake by Tegiwa is always usually firmly dealt with without any problems. This is proved by other threads I have seen AND is also backed up by what you just posted above.

Dont get it twisted, im happy with the result! I felt like they dealt with the problem the best they could.
I have no intentions of trying to sabotage Tegiwa , im just sharing my experiences with you guys, whether your interested in reading or not...
I haven't posted this up anywhere else, only here as i know Tegiwa are active seller on this site.
I Agree, mistakes happen; but i can't serve gone off food out my restaurant, say sorry that was an accident and then expect them to come back! Mistakes are bad for business and should be taken seriously.
The way i see it... 1 item wrong, yeah ok mistake, 2 items wrong just seem like very careless work.
So all i hope for is tegiwa to see this and resolve any flaws in their dispatch unit. Then they can have more happy costumers and become more successful.

I totally agree with you, too many people will back tegiwa saying they sell loads of stuff so this sort of thing is inevitable. I've never had lings send me the wrong stuff or Honda order the wrong part.
Other potential buyers need to be made aware of stuff like this and it's not a one off incident either with tegiwa.

Not to the same extent I ordered some replica type r stickers to go on my car after it was sprayed. Long story short they sent me a replica gear gaitor, had to wait another week for the stickers so it took even longer getting my car back from the paint shop.

No I'm not a tegiwa hater, I understand they sell knock off copies at decent prices and I'd be jumping down the throat of any vendor if they sent the wrong parts.

TOTALLY AGREED

I woudnt drive a fake ek9 so I dont fit fake jdm parts to my 9

would rather not have the parts at all than have copy parts on my car

how is it .clothing dvd`s and other counterfit parts that are copied get done by trading standards and are illegal

but in the car industry parts can clearly be copied deemed to be exepted by people ?

WOW!! Its happened again!!!
I'll keep this short and simple because i dont want to upset anyone!

They sent me a stage 1 organic clutch plate when i ordered a stage 2 paddle clutch.
And guess what the consolation prize is? more Tegiwa Reservoir Socks!!!!

I was greeted with Johnny who apologised and further explained to me that the part numbers on their website are wrong... and then he started to quote kozy and elchunk!

So now i have to wait till tomorrow again...
And stay in this afternoon because of their mistake.. either that or i wont get my money back :(
Otherwise i would definatley be going elsewhere for my goods

EDITED:

So now i've decided against the Stage 2 and will be keeping the Stage 1.
Johnny was kind enough to refund the difference and also chuck in an extra £10!!!! Result!
He also explained that this clutch will hold the power i intend to make so stage 2 isn't really needed.
Now this was the kind of service i was looking for!...

Missed this one. Thanks for bringing this out publicly. As I said over the phone I'm sorry for the problems.

The 100% truth here. I personally do not deal with any stage of the shipping process. If I did mistakes like this would not happen.

With regards the clutch oil being wrong in the first case, this was a genuine mistake with Matt not reading the order off correctly when processin the shipment. Both correct parts were in stock.

The second time I was involved as I had spoken with Chi over the phone. Now here is where I ****ed up! When I populated the website I must have written the Exedy part number down wrong for the stage 2. I wrote hk05h890 instead of hk05t890.

Once again Chi I'm sorry for the problems and I hope everything is now sorted?

Civic collier! Keep hatin pal. Not one part of Chi's order was 'fake' as you like to put it. Getting so tired of naive people like yourself.

You can't really compare us to lings. Our business model is so much different. Think about it. Everything they stock is next day away from Honda, and they have just 1 supplier - Honda. We have 100's of suppliers and managing everything is difficult and mistakes can happen.
