Tanabe vs Skunk2

I desperatley need a new exhaust as the baffles have now fallen out of my standard one. Ive narrowed it down to either a Skunk2 megapower or a Tanabe concept g. I can get a Concept g second hand for about £400 and or a Skunk2 brand new for £495.

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with either of these and was wondering if there was any advice on which one to go for?

Any comments would be welcome.

I personally would go for the Tanabe out of the 2, if only because I prefer JDM parts given the choice. They both sound similar and I reckon would give similar power benefits.

Probably not much help but just my thoughts!

Ive had both and they both sound awesome. Youll not be disappointed with either of the two. If its 400 for a Tanabe concept G then why dont you buy the RM01A on here for 350? Great exhaust, nice sound, not too loud and great gains.

Never mind the Megapower (60mm) , get the Megapower R (70mm) or Megapower RR (76mm) the later would be more suited for highly tuned bseries or a kswap application so the Megapower R would probably be best suited for you.

tanabe for me, and i'd imagine would prob hold it value better for resale as jdm parts do

Skunk2, had mine on a few days. Feels like it has better throttle response.
Is a loud system though!
