i would just ask for advice instead of a poll as your not going to get the answers your after. thats all the advice i can give as i know f all about superchargers! lol.

Cr of b16b is too high for a jrsc unless u have it mapped properly with proper fuel then u will have about 190whp.

I hate to bring up an old post, but I disagree with blinx. I think what he is looking for is very reasonable. Some supporting mods will have to be done though. You can easily make over 200whp with a pulley upgrade, larger injectors, and a tuned ecu. If you're really worried about the compression ratio you can get a thicker head gasket, but unless you go over 11psi I wouldn't bother. Heavier modifications can be done and you can get over 300whp on that motor with a sc and still maintain reasonable reliability. I'm making a little over 260whp with my supercharger and after some more head work and a re-tune I'll be shooting for 300+whp. OP, just do some research on supercharged B blocks. They're certainly underestimated and misunderstood.

You will not get anywhere near 300whp even with an intercooler. Even 260whp is very questionable. Roots type superchargers are generally not the most efficient superchargers.

260whp is about the limit you'll get with a JRSC.

Overdriving them tends to turn the intake charge into a flame thrower. The added weight of the setup is also a bit of a turn off as well particularly when you compare it to what a properly sized turbo setup can provide.

If you are looking for more reasonable gains in the 220-240 range, the JRSC might fit the bill.

207 whp with ps removed using the higher boost pulley on a b18c closeley followed buy hotspotting a piston and melting it,, tuned by cpl racing with 440 cc RC injectors and hondata s200,,,,,,,,,,
