superchaging?

been looking to get more power out of my 9 already got a jdm b18c installed but need more power
been looking into superchargers especially the kit that jackson racing produce with hondata. however is for a usdm teg type r do you reckon it would fit here is the link

the thing is will need to pay someone to map the whole thing cplracing want £800. but looking on the hondata site they apparently sell pre tuned maps for honda applications fitted with the supercharger.

would purchasing one ofthese eliminate the need for mapping?
i am not loking for insane power figures will only use the 6psi pulley need the car to be daily drive

Why do you need more power than what the B18C is offering? For what purpose?

The kit for usdm teg type R should fit as you have basically the same engine as one. You may need a differant intake manifold though.

big boost? and its only 220hp? thats crap! superchargers suck suck suck!!!!!!! turbo or NA is the only option for hondas, see the official supercharger vs turbocharger thread stickied in the forced induction forum for more info.
