adjustable compression and rebound if you can.

I have some ZEALS for sale that retailed for about £2500. These are propper track day suspension £695 ono.
Dunx

Buddyclub N1+ are fantastic for a trackday car.
For more serious drivers, HSD Race spec coilovers are the job. Thats what I have on my coupe. The HSD's are not cheap.

dont forget to look at KW's , OHLIN, but to name a few??

fully servicable like the Ledas is what you want, £1500 though.

When you say Trackday use, how serious is it?

I get ask this all the time and most of the time the car needs to be good to drive on the road as well as good on the occasional track day.
If you will drive your car on the road, you need to keep that in mind.

Don't go and get race suspension unless you will have a car that will be trailered only... because they aren't meant to be good to drive on.

Also, 2 / 3 way suspension require quite a bit of knowledge to adjust and they are done at each track, so if you are not very clued up on adjusting suspension i suggest staying with a 1 way system.

Remember, the best suspension is what work with you and your driving style.
Even if you have a set of £10,000 Moton 4-Way suspension, you won't have fun driving the car and the time will not be good if you are not comfortable and confident with the suspension and its setting.

^^Very good pointers. Most racers start out with a simple setup for track and street, then upgrade as needed. Food for thought, just track your car as is and go from there.

Hi I have just got a set of meister r,what is the best spring rate for 90%track use.

What spring rates do they come with? What experience do you have? Any camber/toe products? Good advice from MeisterR, plenty vote for pricey coilovers - total waste of money for most people, I would follow tamas advice, fit them and try them as they are.

My car has Kayaba BuzzSpec coilovers with swift springs (22kg spring rate front, 18kg spring rate rear) on helper springs. Savage on track but totally unusable on the road. You can get custom spring rates done to suite your setup ie turbo or NA.

The ek is strip with 6pt cage ,front and rear camber arms ,full poly bushed.
Aem v2,4to 1 de cat, apex I n1 cat back.
I have done track days for the last two yrs .
What do you think?

Have you been running oem suspension or other coilovers and if so what rates?

As said I would run the new kit as it is, some coilovers and the springs are better than others, as you have been doing trackdays you will probably know when you reach the limit of your suspension.
When you first run a kit, the car feels great, flat and no body roll etc then after a time, could be a couple of events or a couple of years, and you start to notice some body roll or too soft as you ride the kerb etc and its time for a change. Some like to go for super rates and expensive gear from the off, but its usually over engineered for the experience..

I have been trying bc,tein and cuscos.

If I up the spring rate from 10f 8r to 12. 10,how would the car handle?

It will be firmer, but probably not that much difference from the 10/8, chances are the other kits you have been running may all have had similar rates..
I would still run them as they are for at least one event, see how you get on, wether you change them now or after one event makes no difference. If you find them soft at the hardest damping setting on a dry day, you will know that 12/10 will not be enough, it gives you a benchmark.

As your car is 90% track, you could go a fair bit higher if you need to, Steven on here runs something like 22/18, you could give MeisterR a call also, its their kit and could give some pointers.
