I have a set of B16B rods if you want a quick rebuild on the 1600.

is the spoon stroker kit the most easiest and simple way to stroke the motor? like direct bolt on fit that doesnt require any special tool to install it?

Yes essentially, but it's only stock B18C parts at the end of the day. If you can find good used B18C internals then they will do the same job. The only problem is, they are usually all knackered in some way or another. :(

U need a B18c Gsr or B18c Type r Crank, rod and piston to stroke your b16b to 1.8cc.

is it a engine out job to fit the b18 pistons and crank to the 16b then ? whats labour involved ?

You COULD do it in the engine bay, although why you'd want to. As said, probably easier AND cheaper to buy a B18C rather than stroke it.

Do Spoon still do the kit? I thought it was discontinued!?
