I'm debaiting on whether or not to strip the interior of my CTR. The car is going to be a daily driver plus going to see some track time. I like the look of the gutted interior as well as the functionality of making the car lighter. I just want some of you guys opinions, and if you have pics please post them I would like to see more pics. Thanks

also if I decide to strip out the interior I'm going to be selling the parts so if anyone is interested please message me.

ive removed rear seats rear carpet and all tool and spare wheel i still have plastics!!

i wouldnt sell these parts just incase i needed to put back to standard!

Yeah I wouldn't sell the plastics but I bought a set of bride seats a while back and I have been debating on whether or not to replace them with the red recaros I'm just not sure. They are definately lighter, or maybe I will just sell the Brides. I can't sell stuff on here yet, I want to sell the brides

I really like the interior as well thats why its such a hard decision for me to make.

Some pics of totally stripped, only have dash + seats in now. Will get some pics up soon if you want.

Lots stripped, no stereo etc as replaced with water/oil gauges, only thing left really is front doorcards and most of the dash

I still drive this to the office as it is, the safety devices cage has pretty high door bars, thats the only neusence at times :)

strip it if you like the sound of your exhaust as it makes it pretty damn loud, I like my car striped don't matter to me what engine the cars running lol,
i got mugen twinloop on my dc2 and i love the sound of it, and i sometimes change it to Tanabe Ultra Medallion which is very loud but i dont care lol

Drivers one from a US company end of last year, worked out at £300 after import taxes etc, got the other one recently from Funkypower for £350 delivered

well its just a daily driver while I'm stationed here in germany but once I move back to the states it will just be a toy.

x2....this is exactly what Ive done and mine gets driven daily from time to time. As much as I love the look of the fully stripped out/caged interior, I think its a lil extreme for me (plus my gf would kill me lol).
But each to their own to be honest. Its whatever suits you best.
