doesn have a plate on it has marking were a plate was on it though, and no i dont have a camera for my computer i told u that the other day

The plate's welded on why would someone want to take it off.... Totally suspect.

Sounds like a pure SCAM. Even if I couldn't get pictures I'd ask a friend to take some.
