Spoon N1 or keep my skunk2


not bad then :) think my spoon n1 idea is out the window this month, booking in at automek to get timing belt, water pump, new fan belt and valve clearences done! N1 will have to wait till next month I think. Maintenance comes first :nice:

For sure! Im booked in for the 30th to get some stuff done haha.
 
Next saturday, went seen andy today :) hopefully that will be the car sorted for a bit then after wee service next month then saving for important parts starts :D

Yes a larger bore is better but only up to a point. What size bore does the dc2 run? I'd say aslong as its no less a bore than that then its going to be less restrictive due to silencer design.

no it is 2.38 inch internal diameter which is around 58mm

I mind going with MU to a trackday when i still has the swift.
Yumens still had his yellow s2k, noise of that was crazy.. wouldve well exceeded 100db.
Same goes with Alby's ep3 when it was still supercharged.

Yeah I was there a few times when yumens s2k was on along with albys ep3 and f**k me the noise was crazy, eaily over 100db my head was sore from the noise :p
 
Wish I lived up ther now! Brands are abit strict with noise.

Its epic, they cant care one bit. My old b20 made 118db at 4600rpm.. :D

That was with a skunk2 megapower R exhaust, imo I think they are great. Probably too loud for daily's though
 
System on Yumen's s2k was done by Billy also.

System on Alby's was done by C&C iirc.
