SPC Camber Kit

I would take them from wherever you can find them, they are discontinued now so not many places will stock them. I recall IAP being the cheapest stockists when they were in production though.

Thanks for the reply Kozy. Yupp.. i've sent an email to IAP about this camber kit. Hope they have it in stock.

Ermm..i rad somewhere, that there's only one huge nut for camber adjusting. But it seems different from the one on the website. Could anyone tell? Both are SPC.

Here's what i found..maybe the old version? Take a look at this.. http://www.ek9.org/forum/suspension/1017-camber-kits-oem-ek9-suspension.html

the one on the website seems has a smaller nut. Using a thread locker while installing, will it avoid slippage?

Yea I think they are the same, you are only looking at the underside of the unit in the first link. They secure with a single 22mm nut on the top, it's the most secure design I have seen for these arms, anything else just looks flimsy.

from both link, i guess the single big bolt was better. its also can be adjusted up to -3.50 camber where the other one can only be adjusted to -.50. take a look and tell me if i'm right.

I've got -2.5 on mine and there's room for a fair bit more. What one only goes to -.50?

I dont know if its the exchange rates but the price has definitely come down on that site. used to be over 200 pounds for the pair!

scratch that, the price seems to be for the non-forged versions.

Was there a forged version ?

Think they are all the same cheap cast from Taiwan ! Aint worth the money and dont know how they got Eibach's name attached to them.

Only good thing they are for is the added castor.

yea, the one in the link is a modified oem style one. Not the spc/eibach forged one piece items.

SPC is owned by Eibach, no surprise their products our top quality.

I bought my SPC upper arms from Tokyo Express, but you're not going to get it at a good price from there.

I have Ingalls arms fitted all round on the Integra, theyve been great and Ive had no problems, sterling isn't too weak against the dollar so these can be had for a good price from the states.

If you dont mind a bit more labour fitting/adjusting the whiteline camber/caster kits (front) is one of the cheapest, its nice quality too.

any idea where from. They are the same type of design as the SPC arms arent they?

They don't fit on the EK chassis.

:p ?

Correct me if Im wrong but the SPC one-piece arms for our civics are cast aluminium not forged ? Look like they have casting seams at the bushes.

Ive seen SPC and Eibach names used together but is there any more info on who makes them in Taiwan or do they pass through Eibach for testing ?

No doubt Id trust the Eibach US / German .

I bought a set new myself before , luckily I didnt pay near the RRP..

The whiteline EK kit uses non-concentric bushes on the upper wishbone Kozy , not the shitty spacers like the eg/dc

^^^^ sorry my bad. when i think of one piece forged is the word that pops into my head. lol. I think eibach supply some of the parts and design features and thus have their name shared in it?
