Someone buy my old EK9 and put it back to how it should be :(

My old EK9 which was immaculate is on eBay with a blown engine :( LINK

I had it for just over 2 years with the standard B16B which was without a doubt the quietest B series I've ever heard. The whole car was in ridiculously good condition. I sold it to my mate in November 2011 and he kept it in good condition too, but had a b18c4 put in there with a turbo. Anyway, a week ago he swapped in for a 350z and the new owner has already killed it! Somebody buy it and put it back to how it should be, the guy I sold it too still has the original B16B which he wants to get rid of as it's no use now he has the 350 :D

I would be prepaired to fit the original engine and restore it but £4500 for a 9 without an engine is well over priced IMO. I rely hope it doesn't get scrapped.

I saw that today, looks well clean but 4.5k for an EK9 without engine? I was actually going to ask here to see if I could track down some history of the car, I quite fancy reshelling my 9 as the shell has seen better days, but I would not be willing to pay anything near that.
 
Yeah it is massively over priced isn't it considering it is just a rolling shell, the b18c4 in there is worthless.

The car was imported in 2004 and was owned by a Honda technician until 2009. He only did 4k a year in it until he PXd it at 200bhp cars for an FD2, and that's where I bought it from. I paid over the odds back then, £6,400 but it was seriously clean. In fact, that was the main reason I got rid of it, as daft as it sounds it became a bit of a burden with it being nice, I wanted to wrap it in cotton wool and not use it haha! And I would only ever see it get worse.

I just don't want to see some ball bag get it and destroy it even more, or get scrapped :(
 
WTF 4.5k for a non running car lool

You should pm him and sell him the old b16b :D
 
I bought my EK9 running good as gold for less than that lol but does look sweet hope it goes to a good home :(
