U not considered a Celica VVT-Li 190 mate? A better balance in Torque and bhp than vtec IMO and a much more modern interior. Just the looks that are a bit marmite.

When u have had 2 dc5s and 9 ek9's you kinda notice it, handling is snappy driving postion is rubbish, no lsd which creates alot of vtec oversteer. There good for the money tbh, but there just not a drivers car in the slightest.
