This is sort of a rant but also asking for info -

I ordered a timing belt & tensioner from SAP over a week ago now. They apparently have 7 in stock and mine has not even been shipped yet.

I contacted them midweek asking what was happening & I've had no reply. I NEED this timing belt ASAP as my current one is slightly cracked...

Are they usually this slow or is it just this time? I'm less than pleased with their service at this moment...

I've bought a lot of parts of sim and never had any bother, parts where normally delivered within 3 days as well.. Is there a contact number you can ring?

my brother ordere oil and filter ages ago and nearly two weeks later still wasnt sent even though ''in stock'' also , ended getting full refund and getting it else where

Derek contacted me earlier - he is currently taking a break from trading but the website wasn't closed or something by mistake. So all sorted now!

Did he say why? This is the second time he has takin a break from trading, seems a bit random since he does seem to do well when he is trading..

my parts where delayed too but due to out of stock, customer service was good though. He has mentioned hes no longer trading but that was over on civiclife, unsure if he had mentioned it over here.
