This is the first time that I have to try and solve something this way.. But even my patience has its limits, so..
First I ordered some stuff, which arrived in a damaged package with the exhaust gasket missing and a solenoid gasket that was damaged.. PM's were sent and I was told that they would give me a refund for the exhaust gasket because it was out of stock, and that they would send me a new solenoid gasket.
I told them that I'd wait till the Hondabond was in stock, and let them ship that together with the solenoid gasket. So I paid the extra for the Hondabond and that was that..
Weeks went by, totally lost track of the shipment because I had SO many things coming in at the time. After 1.5-2 months I realised that those items never arrived.. PM'd them again, they said this was shipped out ages ago and I was given the option for a refund for the outstanding items or a new shipment.. I chose the refund, but after little more than a month it still hasn't been sent back to my Paypal account. I remember sending them 1-2 PM's as a reminder, I'm not sure about the exact number because you can't see your sent items on this forum?
Anyway, it's only a small amount of money (about 30£) But it would be nice if we can solve this after all this time.. Too bad it had to go this way, because I can see that there are plenty of other customers that are really happy with their services
