Well guys i had a road trip down to reading on sunday to have a butchers around duncans (fastjapcars.com) yellow ek9.

Jimbob-ek9 came with me and a good friend of ours very kindly drove us down, it was a long journey for us taking about 4 n half hr so we where glad to finally arrive.

Upon arrival i automatically fell head over heals in love with her (the 9 of course) so i had to make possibly the biggest decision in my life to date it took quite alot of chewing :angry2: humming :nerv: and awwing but i finally decided that you only live once so why the f not eh. You may get run over by a bus tommorow so live it to the full.

Here i am hunting for insurance at a half decent price just so i can get out and enjoy driving my 9. i had a little play on arrival back in preston and im itching to get covered and get out there in VTEC:wow: Shes in exeptional condition so ill give her a good wash and get some pics up so you can all have a gander.

I have to say a huge thanks to duncs for keeping hold of her for me as we couldnt get down for 2 weeks and he reserved it for me. also a big thanks for importing such a nice machine and giving me the oppurtunity to own my 9. bumperty bump for a top fella. hugely recommened, he has a yellow dc2 there as well with yellow recaros, yellow stitched carpet and yellow stitched gaitor its gorgeous and a rare model.
 
Great news! Seen this one and it is a very tidy model :nice: Get some pictures up.
 
sounds a good one! hope you can bring her down to the next MCR-vtec meet so we can have a proper look at her!

yeah man went for yellow for a change last 2 cars were cw lol. got some sweet updates coming soon for it, cant wait to see your pics once all clean and shiney :D
 
(vti pang) yeah she nice all round i will hopefully be at the meet when and where is it? i think i will be going to japfest aswell no doubt with jimbob-ek9 accompanying me as he is just as happy as i am that ive finally got one.

good on you pal best way mine will be staying standard for a few months at least untill my insurance drops its a night mare for me as im only 20 and havent got a very good postcode. but oh well poo happens now and again. :angry2:

yeah man insurance sucks till you build up a bit of no claims doesnt help wee idiots geting a hold of them.. crashing them and were all fookin payin for it with our premiums:mad: anyway good luck with her man :nice:

It is a VERY tidy example & drives as tight as the day it came out of the factory!
I have never driven a "stock" EK9 befor & it was a pleasure to do so! (i will have to try dylan's pram in your boot & if it fit's i may have to buy a stock one as our family car:naughty:)

O yeah there is a garage full of bit's & bob's for your car too!:secret::lol:
 
Damm rite buddy we will have to have a rumage thriugh and sort out what parts are going to be of use to me we will get it sorted this weekend anyway i def want them tilt brackets they look ace. going to get a shower and that then get my head down ill speak to you tommorow buddy take it easy.

I'm deffinately gonna be taking a trip down too Reading soon too see Duncan as i'm on the search soon, he imports such good examples!!
