Seeker V2 spoiler for EK shape


Well the tracking says they have it, but I have no refund!!

Ill give it till tomorrow then it will be a PayPal claim job!!

Future customers note my experience!!!

you can see the base plate mounting point is broken.
can you tell me why?
i dont believed it is broken when post back.
i will give you the refund, but i would like to know what happen here.

That is exactly as it was received. The crack was superficial, I was not concerned I'd have glued it, it's fibreglass it happens! try the baseplate no way it's ever going to fit regardless of crack or not.
 
Refund received but not for the £270 as agreed Ben!

I'm not covering the cost of returning a faulty item!

Please arrange refund of the outstanding £20.

Ben you're still ignoring me! You come online and do nothing.

If you don't refund the additional £20 postage I'm not going to cancel the purchase on eBay! £20 lose is worth it for the feedback I'll leave.

beats me how these so called "vendors" are allowed to continue trading..

First of all,
i refund your paypal payment and sent a request on ebay to cancel transaction because buyer return item for full refund. also put a note said complete the request and i will sent your postage back.
than you design to rejected it, this result ebay not refund all my fee on this transaction.

i totaly dont understand why you reject it, what for?
You are returning the item for a full refund.

because of this, im not going to refund the postage.

I had trading on here for sometime now, i do know what is customer services. But this dont means i have to say yes to all customer and specially some unreasonable request.
 
Refunding my postage on a shoddy item was unreasonable?? No it wasn't!

Unreasonable is you changing your story all the time about what you wanted me to do, and what you were going to do.

So now you are not refunding the £20 you promised??

Why did I not accept the request to cancel.................. It's simple I accept it and i then cant leave you feedback, or open a case against you.............

And by what you have done has proven my point!

Keep the £20 you liar, I shall leave my feedback shortly on ebay and on your rep thread..........




I just hope everyone on here sees this and avoids you like the plague!

when the first day you siad there is a problem i offer a full refund straight away.

when you accept the request, you still can leave feedback.

at the end of the day you reftrn it for full refund, so you should accept it and not reject it.
 
Rubbish!

Ben read your posts back, read the messages on ebay back you have changed what you wanted me to do what your going to do far to much!!

Take photos, take it to a body shop, bring it to you, you'll send another, you'll test fit it, you'll give me a refund, you'll refund my postsage for sending it back. Change change change!

To top it off, you lied about refunding my return postage.

Why accept it being cancelled? The transaction went ahead! You sent a terrible item out and have been nothing but a total pain to deal with!

Read this through and from what you said you did go back on your word if you haven't refunded the postage. Not a good sign when it is there for everyone to see. I can see why Rob isn't happy.

I see your still selling these on ebay.... Did you fix the poor fit or hoping poeple leave feedback before attempting to fit the spoiler?
 
I appreciate the comments guys, I really didn't feel I'm being outta order.

It wasn't even a cheap spoiler I could understand if it was! The fact is the spoiler is a nice bit of kit, it's the baseplate and the fittings that are absolutley crap!

That and the fact that what he wants me to do and what he's going to do keeps changing combined with the above is whats left me so pissed!!
 
Rob you are not being out of order mate, anyone with half a brain who reads this can see that.

I'd highly advise getting in touch with trading standards and the financial ombudsman.

you have the proof, and its here for all to see, you won't loose anything by calling them.

give them a call dude and you'll get your money back, every penny including postage :D

some might think this is a bit far. :blabla: give a **** lol. I'm not going to sit here and watch a member loose out on something that is not their problem..
