Seeker V2 spoiler for EK shape


I'm lost... Emperor from the start offered a full refund plus postage to the buyer if he wasnt happy or send the baseplate back for him to check and issue out another one if needs be. Buyer acts contrary about the whole thing and then makes the refund more work than necessary. IMO both partys are at fault.

I know they offered thats not in dispute! My intention was I always wanted to keep the spoiler! But they kept changing the story of what they wanted me to do, and what they were going to do. And in the end I lost all faith.

They promised to refund including the return postage, then decided not as I would not close the case on eBay.

damn, sorry to read things have turned into a right mess.

I've recently purchased one of these spoilers and although the bolts line up, I'm also getting very large gaps between the back/bottom of the baseplate and the tailgate glass. baseplate fitment is pretty dreadful.

after reading all this though, I'm not going to bother asking for another plate to be sent and might try grinding away at the mating surface around the bolts on the underside of the baseplate in order to try and improve fitment. is this even a plausible solution to fix the gap? or will it weaken the bolts or even break them free of how theyre stuck in?

another question, would an ek9 baseplate fit one of these spoilers?
 
Get these spoilers to ****! And get a group buy of the real ones!
 
In my opinion i cant see how Rob has done anything wrong. Hes tried to be reasonable and hes continuously getting messed about.
Hopefully everything will be put right Rob.

Why should you have to though?

Is this another person with a problem?? so thats now 4!! And depsite thier bullshit about never selling anymore, guess what............. Still on ebay ;) and their facebook page!!
 
I now have the initial refund finally.

But Ben is refusing the £20 return postage he pormised!

I guess his reputation is only worth £20 to him, hey ho :)
