Look, I will find our conversation from the beggining. At first I wrote you maybe you have these parts which are damaged and you can send me them to replace. This was my first solution. Later you started to turn all this into my fault, that I am making photos of somekind of other parts, etc. After that you started telling that you will not do anything and you are not going to help me in any case. So after that i got angry on you. I tried to tell you that you are wrong by doing so and message after messages you told me to go away and forget your address. So after that i said, that I will make this public and inform about your activity.

I am allways open for constructive solutions, so stop throwing sh** on me. You done everything for this situation to become like this.

I'm sure you'll get it resolved mate, so long as both of you don't fall out with each other and base it on constructive solutions to move the issue forward, then in the end everyone would be more happy with the outcome :nice:
 
Buyer: point has been made. no need to revisit any of that bad history. True or not, does not help find a solution.

Ray888 > Yes, I have 2 persons who was in the shop at the time the gearbox was opened, my partner and gearbox specialist, who inspected and commented about the damages. He also was the guy who said that the oil on the gearbox is from gearbox, not from the driveshaft cv boot.

We all 3 there from the moment we started unpacking it, unscrewed the screw from the pallet. First words were, the seal is damaged, because one side of the gearbox was dirty with oil and dust, but this is a small problem. Later he removed the casing. We were very suprised by the look we've seen. So all these photos are Weasel gearbox photos. As I said i am ready to give my race car if I lie.
 
Right, im going to have to take action with some new parts.
I have PM'd Stakis.

Im doing this out of pure good will. For all I know, I could be getting rode up to my tits here.
I'l do my best to stop the situation escalating.

When i get home at the weekend i'l see what i have and Stakis will be let know. We'el take it from there.

I could go on and on and on, defending against what i think are porkies, but thats going to get nowhere.
In the meantime, can a moderator please lock this thread.....

Yes, I got contact from Weasel. We will try to find the best solution for both of us and we will update the status as soon as we will agree something.

Sounds like a right mess with no real evidence.
 
I don't understand why Weasel would blatantly rip someone off. He's on here all the time buying and selling stuff. It's obvious that he isn't exactly short of money....
 
Some things are not what they seem, I cant see either side doing anything bad/wrong, its just one of those things when buying or selling parts.

End of the day its about how 2 people resolved the issue by finding a common ground.

Just so everybody is aware, all PM transactions have been recorded and updated in post number 7 of this thread, including ever changing demands on a daily basis from this guy Stakis.
However, considering i did agree to source replacement parts, I have bought the following components which have been treble checked over by members on this site.
I will send the replacement items to Stakis.
1. This will put an end to any issues which are currently outstanding.
2. I will identify the parts i send so that Stakis cannot switch them with other worn or damaged parts he may have lying around somewhere.
3. The threats of illegal and violent behaviour will be 100% withdrawn from Stakis.
4. If any other issues remain, they can be taken up legally.

So the replacement parts which I have are:
a. full set of synchro rings 1st to 5th. Pictures below. excellent condition
b. 3rd-4th hub and sleeve minimal wear. very good condition
c. 5th-reverse hub and sleeve. some wear but still in good condition. pictures below.

Nice to hear that you found good condition parts to replace. I would like to ask you, to send some photos of the 3rd/4th gear sleeve and synchros if possible before dispatch?

And for all of you to be sure, I can make video of the package when this arrives. There is no need for me to switch the parts, Weasel.
 
I have plenty of pictures. Are you blind or do you even know what you are looking at...theres pictures above of the 3rd 4th hub and slider
The synchros are all good. I have pictures the teeth from 3rd 4th and 5th in one of the pictures.

Youve already switched my good parts for your scrap ones already, your videos are pretty useless now, your a fraud and youve stung me for parts that you should not be getting.
Keep your videos your race car your empty promises and your threats. Ive posted up all of your rediculous PM's in post number 7.
Its obvious for everyone to see that behind all the lies and threats your nothing more that a con man and a fraud, and its there for everyone to see. Ive met a lot of nice Eastern European people but you are from the completely opposite end of the barrel.

So take your videos and post up that you swear on your mamas life and that you'll send me your scrapheap of a racecar....its all lies.
One lie leads to another and another as can be seen in post number 7.

I bought it as a perfect condition gearbox, what are you talking about??? Demand is the same, I want what I paid for! I don't need it if it is in bad or average condition!!! don't you understand this?

I don't know how in other words or ways I can tell you and prove you that everything you say about me is wrong.

As I said, there is every nut and bolt from your gearbox, so I think I will put it together and will send it back to you as I am fed up with this sitaution and also your all vilification of me. So STOP this, Weasel.
