has anyone with a b16b used it? I've been hearing a lot about how it puts down 15whp and stuff. I'm just curious because it is very affordable compared to others!

(Well I recieved the header and the dyno results is on pg 3)

never herd of it mate,a american brand i take it?

basically...I believe these were custom made and then the company closed down, sold the design and now they are being made and sold..(dont quote me im not sure) but it was supposably tested on a stock gsr and made 15whp!

have you considered the likes of 5zigen, i have one very good header or if the budget is higher mayb a mugen or toda. The thing is your goina want proved gains would be worth looking into this rmf header to see if there is actually graphs to prove. At the time i was going to buy a manifold i was going to get a dc sports but was told they dont have proved gains but then found a new 5zigen off a guy baz ctr on here which does so i bought it. But im no expert im sure someone will no more about this than me just thought id try help out :)

i havfe really considered 5zigne cuz everyone on the site likes them, i jus saw these headers on a thread with a dyno sheet proving the power gains. thnx for the help tho :)

original design was proven, depends how good the copy is, 5zigen is not in same league as rmf etc, gains vary depenadnt on mapping/setup

im tryin to get friend to test rmf copy on dyno but prob wont be until well into next year on b16b

From what I've read the originals were very highly acclaimed, but as said above, depends on how good the copy and supporting mods are.

Recently installed a narrow rep on a mate of mines DC2, the car went from completely stock exhaust system to RMF Narrow header, Tegiwa decat and Kakimoto N1 cat-back...

It sounds absolutely sick, noticeably quicker too, hasn't been on a dyno so can't provide precise power gains and stuff, but it's definately improved the performance, the quality of the replica is really good too, I think I'm going to get one! For the price you can get them for I think it would be hard to beat..

just wanted to bump up the thread so everyone can see what the header looks like :nerv:

Why do people buy the narrow tube rather than the big tube and whats the difference?
Thanks :)
