Got this scratch on my bonnet.

I'm pretty sure it's just scratched the laquer. How can I get this out? Would I be able to use a fine grit wet n dry then polish it or will that ruin it?

Thanks.

x2 i also have a small scratch on my carbon duckbill spoiler.
surely there's away to fix small scratches.

I found the best way is to thin down some touch-up lacquer, keep touching it up till scratch is raised up. Then flat back with some 2000 grit wet/dry, 3G polish, finishing polish = job done.

I have repaired deep scratches in paint this way, works a treat! The key in this taking your time, allowing the paint/lacquer to harden fully before doing anything!
