Red 'H' Emblems - How To Remove?

For those who needs the part numbers

Facelift front Red (H) badge = 75700-st7-z00
Front (prefacelift) red badge = 75700-s03-z00

REAR Red (H) BADGE = 75701-S03-Z00

i got a credit card and slowly starting trying to pry the glue off of the car, and it wont scratch cuz its just a credit card. and after i got it off the glue will still be there so i used goo-goo-gone and starting rubbing it. gonna take awhile so dont expect it to work right away.

or u can use a heat gun and start heating the glue so it will become warmer and easier to rub off the glue.

does anyone have the sizes?

wouldnt mind changing my dc2 front one for a smaller one.

which is smallest? out of the 3 different ek9 ones?

How do you folks stick the new badge on? I've got a couple waiting to be fitted but not sure how to secure them down.

Handy thread.. just took my rear off as it was starting too fade.. used the fishing wire trick! very good, then heated it up... was a chore cleaning it up underneath though lol!

just ordered from my local honda shop, £38+ vat for the front and £19+ vat for the rear, happy days!

Surely if you bought the ebay ones and give them a quick coat of lacquer the would remain the original colour

Thing is though the fake ones aren't even the right shade. It's sort of lighter red, which just looks tacky when you notice. Allow me to go get two pics, i have a new front original but still fake on the back, going to get a new one next week

Guys ... just received my Oem EK9 Facelift both front and rear from Hendyperformance ..

Jesus ... I hate it so much , a job id never do again. As bad as changing the type R stickers. It gave me such a hard time to take off the glue that was stuck on the paint of the car !

Btw here they are close up with their part no. from Honda :)

got a problem i hope someone can help with, it appears the pillock who previously owned my car has attached them with an unknown substance. it seems to be like evo stick or whatever it is its not oem glue/foam/adhesive, its some serious stuff! used fishing wire and it just eat it time after time! and if i was to get it off i imagine its going to take the paint with it :( thanks for reading and any info/help greatly appreciated!

I had exactly the same thing saturday, i was giving the 9 its weekly wash and as i was jet washing it the badge flew off! Previuos owner used some heavy duty stuff live no more nails or something, it took ages getting off i had to use a razor blade to get the **** off and previous owner snapped off the pins and didnt centralise it so i had a dark mark left behind
