Big thanks to Alex Bentley , just done mine, I used a pry bar to lift the mechanism - bottom of page 2, didnt take out the hooks - top of page three on the guide, most difficult part was getting the fabric back over the front of the chair frame. Took me 40 mins, just got to give it a basic clean and bang it up for sale
