Real ek9 or..?

Looking about and noticed this ek, unsure if it's an ek9 or not I personally think it's a replica but i'll leave it to the experts.

Looks good and what not but I think this guy is talking pants to be honest interior and door cards from a 1.4i model because it's the RACE ek9? Ok...

Nice replica but shouldn't brand it as an ek9 the way he does if it's not.

I think mines a race base and I know they come with the 1.4 interior. Everything else is an optional extra. I.E. Elec windows/abs etc etc IIRC so it could be true

Yea DeFenatly real. One way off telling is look at the vin plate if you notice ek9s have it on the slam panel and ukdm civics have it on the fire wall. But I doubt it's a 1/40 lol.

my old ek2 had same blue vin plate just like my 9

dirty interior, silly fugly steering wheel, engine bay is stinking and that intake is a joke. seen it at various heights too so its been farted around with.

The JDM Civics have the VIN at the front:

EUDM Civics have them on the firewall

Don't think that's the roughest I've seen either to be honest. Looks like a genuine racebase to me anyway
