re-registering an ek9 as an ej9?

It would probably be to highly offensive if i write what i am thinking right now........ This thread should be deleted it is not worthy of this forum.

Fair enough you see an ek9 that is local to the area in which you live in. But, in my opinion, I suggest you wait a few years and drop that quote then determine yourself to find the best ek9 out there and travel no matter where it is, this is the most recommended option rather than becoming a fraud and throwing your money away in an extent of the car not becoming legally and statistically correct.

You never actually done anything wrong, and money is hard at times but it's never worth it considering an ek9 isn't the most subtle car in the world and cops may wish to pull you over, over absolutely nothing and next thing you know they find out the engine's difference and what not.

I've saw mega cheap ek9s floating about, but I'm just becoming patient until quotes are decent and I'll move on from there.

Good luck in the future and don't be a fraud, it's not worth it when you could possibly get involved in a crash and your insurance is void due to incorrrect details on the policy.

got to admire his 'out the box thinking' so to speak. Every man for himself but idea is not the best mate! lol

Yeah it should be worth it, only takes a few mins to fill out the v5 form and send it away.

Insurance is always ****ing me over, so might as well try to bend the rules a wee bit!

Lol, i hope you were being sarcastic.. Your basically setting the rule book on fire!

Also i find it funny how you say your house is worth half a million yet you say 10k insurance is expensive.

Not to mention, i have a friend up Northern Ireland, and her boyfriend drives a gtr R35 while his mate drives an Audi R8. Good luck when you crash into people with the likes of those cars!

thread being blown slightly out of proportion

this happens all the time with car in the republic of ireland

sir civics down as lsi and glanzas down as non turbo etc

i for one hate insurance company with a passion and do everything i can to get the cheapest possible cover i can

im driving an jdm s2000 and jdm ps13 silvia for 600 euro a year :p

you can pull it off and get away with it, dunno what the big fuss is about, just make sure you tell insurance company right cc.

even if you do have an accident, investigation have a limited buget and nothing more would be spent over the budget, these things are not classed high, to help yourself, cover the type-r stuff, like change cam cover etc.. etc..
