Yes, for the shoulder belts they should go through the holes in the seat (of course) and go straight back to the roll cage. It is considered unsafe to run harnesses to where the stock rear belts go, I think this is because the belt will pull down on you in a crash as opposed to straight back.

I'm sure you could attach the harness to a very strong C-pillar bar.
This is interesting as the ek9 i am currently improting has a race harness for the front seat.....should i replace it for stock seatbelt?
I would keep the stock seatbelt as getting in and out of a harness in a daily driver is a real pain.
