Ok so im installing a 5 lug setup in a 98 civic hatch EK3
the car already has a B18C4 conversion. Will this change the size of the spline on the driveshafts i need? currently 32mm with the 4 lug. so will i need 36mm?

The 5 Lug is from a 98 UKDM DC2

You will need 36mm spline sized drive shafts to fit the UK spec hubs of 36mm as far as I am aware, This also applies to 98' spec JDM setups. All B-Series Gearbox mounting sides are the same size IIRC.

Pretty sure it's only the JDM 98+ DC2's that take 36mm shafts. The UKDM DC2 hubs should accept 32mm cv joints.

think your rite mate as my 96 spec driveshafts fit my 98 spec uk hubs

Yehh I was wrong, its only 98" spec JDM Tegs have the 36mm hub size, I reckon it's because they run 16" wheels stock which Honda have reckoned the extra strain means thicker shaft splines.

Just as long you stay with a CTR set up, your axels will be fine.
