Just thought i would say hello as i am new to the forum and must say its great site!!
I have just purchased my first EK9 yesterday... my dream car! And i love it!! Only sitting on the drive untill i sort out the insurance :(( but never mind looks awesome and makes me smile :D every time i look through the window but should have the pleasure of driving it today hopefully!!
Hope to make some new friends on here and will get up some pics of my baby soon!!

Just make sure you don't crash on your first drive!

I remember the first time I drove mine my brother kept laughing because I was changing gear at 7,000 RPM. Though, in my defence, something was up with the vtec solenoid at the time so I didn't have any vtec powa.

Insurance,best quote i got so far was £987 fully comp in my own name... 22, 4 years driving with 3 or 4 yers NCB.
Im from North Wales.
And please dont mention crashing haha!! This is my new pride and joy!!!

Steveo, where abouts in North Wales? Im in llandudno, and there are a few lads local to me too, so there are a few of us. We try and meet up every so often and have a mini meet.

i go driving to north wales sometimes, raider dams etc, we should organise a little meet up there, would get some awesome pics.

Hi steve, we had a meet tonight (sunday) there was about 20 of us, bit disorganised and cold, but once the weather warms up a bit it will be much better and the nights are lighter. I literally found out about it an hour or so before it, but next time I will let you know. Good few civics, couple EK9s a EK4 with a B16b install which I loved. Some good lads out.

Your 9 looks mint, I know that road too, I recognise it from going through there on my Ninja during the summer months. Great area, and nice for pictures too.

Cheers mate!! Not stopped smiling!! :)) and of course i have hit the vtec :lol: keep on hitting it just love the vtec!! haha! :))
