98 Spec gear gaitor
Toad Cat 1 Alarm with remote central locking and proximity sensor warning.

I didn't know where to start as there was already so much done (all credit to previous owner)... the brakes were going to
need doing at some point so I decided to upgrade from 262's to 282'2... the braking felt so much better
here's what I used
- Mintex discs and pads (MB6 fitment)
- MB6 calipers and carriers
- 5mm wheel spacers

It was fairly a straight forward conversion, I didn't need to use any washers at all...

At around about this stage I also got rid of the Vision R exhaust, it was far too loud for me however crazy it sounded it
vtec... replaced it with the standard jdm system, it sounds brilliant imo coupled with the 98 spec manifold and decat..

of done it with his eyes closed lol) at the same time he serviced it for me too once again Matt thanks..

With these wheels I was able to remove the 5mm spacers on the front to clear the brakes but I left the spacers on at the back, I think it sits just rite now.. I need to get the tracking sorted and get some adjustable camber and toe arms...
next on the shopping list is a spoon style carbon front lip

Thanks for the comments guys... I don't think i'll be selling up anytime soon mate lol

nice project , love the colour Btw is it just me or the twinllop has a masive dent on the underside ?

gorgeous ! never seen a red one in the flesh looks stunning, prefer the original wheels on it just my opinion though :nice:

**Update**

Yup thats ryt.. did the wheels championship white and put the red bonnet back on.. really happy with the way it's looking now.. I also changed the mintex pads to oem Honda ones as the mintex ones leave so much brake dust... not good with white wheels

Would like some red wheels nuts to go with the wheels and also need to find some centre caps

Stunning, looks so much better without the carbon bonnet.

Got the twinloop fitted yet?

Thanks, yeh fitted the twinloop was very happy with the sound etc, however ive sold it on now.. the centre box was scrapping all over the place, didnt want to ruin it so took it off and sold it pretty gutted tbh.. saying that in terms of performance I didnt notice any difference between stock and the twinloop

What exhaust are you for now then chap, or are you sticking with standard?
