No matter what, I think it's vital you sign this as a user of a car this is unbelievably important!

This is not some **** little thing that isn't going to make a difference, this is a proper petition from downing street!

Government e-petition

Thanks guys. Also if you could post it on Facebook get family to sign and a few work colleagues were onto a winner!

Signed! I was just away to put this up too  get everyone involved :))

Okay so by 2012 they decrease the petrol prices or freeze them, they will only add it on the fags and booze.

Whats the point.

Signed it, saw it on the news yesterday but had thought the petition was closed, thanks for putting it up :D

Drive.....dont smoke and drink :naughty:

Can add tax to fags and drink all they want i wont see the effect and the "binge" culture needs to slow down and increasing the prices may help slow it :naughty:

^^ agree with up'ing tax on fags but booze should deffos not go up! should plant the tax onto fast food i.e mcds burger king etc seen as we are apparently the fattest country out! plus more people eat fast food

Agree to the fast food.....they should also reduce cost of food thats good for you as doing a daily shop and replacing bad with good can double your shop :nono:

They will tax everything soon anyway :secret:

Booze should definately go up if it would lead to a reduction in prices on other goods. Sadly this is very unlikely haha.

A boy in my work was telling me that you can buy bags/boxes of wine that are like 9 bottles for 5 pounds. I cant think of anything car or tobacco related thats as good value as that haha.

If they introduce the minimum price/quantity bill for booze, this kinda **** will be gone too.

Signed it a while back, just hope they listen to the public for once and actually do something about it!
