Paid for item off a ek9.org user and nothing

As title says. I'm totally fuming over this, called him 10 times or more. No answer. No text or anything, send him payment through PayPal as bank transfer. Any ideas as to what I could do? It's been 3 weeks now and the item only had to travel two hundred miles. Help would be great
 
name and shame....to warn other users of the potential scammer
 
What's going on with this shady people lately...just to make a few dollars c'mon..
 
He finally returned a phone call he said I will have a refund by Sunday, if not I will name and shame, I'm not out to black list anyone, although when I pay for something I expect to get it, thanks for the support guys
 
Still no refund and no item, rang him last night 5 times, sidek9 is his username, so frustrated with this and I feel my hands are tied
 
I can honestly say sid-ek9 is a very genuine chap.. met him a few times now. once to.buy a part the other just to meet up..

He has just been moved to r.a.f marham so this may be why you can't get trough i cannot imagine he is ignoring you mate..

not taking sides just from my personal experience this is not usual for him.

He's defenatly not a scammer I've delt with Sid before top bloke. I'm sure there's a really good reason why he hasn't contacted you. He's in the military I think so he's properly busy.
 
If sid does read this then can you reply to my pm that I've sent you, it's been nearly a month and still no reply. I need to sort out the issue with the item

i had a few issues over time with sid however he was very sorry for delay and had genuine reasons for it so just keep on to him and it will be sorted

i learnt a lesson in this life and thats being nice these days gets you no were..i guy riped me with a manifold and i tracked him down and told him exactly what would happen unless i get my money..i was nice at the start but only so nice for so long..there is no reason why that guy wont contact you back..thats bollix..he straight riped you buddy..

^^^ ^^^^^^ ^^^^ ^^^^ i think thats just been answered below, so i think comments like that you should keep to yourself. a number of us have confirmed he is not a scammer so why would he try and rip him off. you just got a blunt minded opinion, not meaning it a angry manor or to offend you its just you only know one side of the story you now need to read till the end.....:bow::slap::win:
