I tought i would share with you guys a few pic's & vid's from the day!:nice:

I cant belive how well a totaly stock UK DC2 (on prada spec 2's) handeled on track, i had so much fun chucking the family car round oulton!:clap:

It was my first time driving oulton & thought it was an amazing track, just wish i had taken my 9 there!:angry:

looks like you had fun! oulton is a good track unfortunately when we went it was icey!

any more pictures of the sierra in the 5th picture??
 
Well guys I can say the car went very well around Oulton as Jimbob was kind enough to give me a fair few laps as passenger! :))

Anyways, considering this is his daily drive he sure put it through it's paces and gave a few Caterams a bit of a run for their money with his fearless driving :dance:

:)) Knowing Jimbob, he doesnt hang about when it comes to throwing the cars through bends :clap:

I dont have any pic's from the day mate, but my mate that was with me took pic's of 90% of the cars there. So ill have a look through his pic's for you mate & post some of the cossie if he has some!:nice:

Was just a shame i didnt have some sticker rubber on the car, the PS2's did VERY well considering they are a road tyre but just not enough to keep up with my driving! :))

My mate was unofficialy timing a few of my lap's & the best i did on a clear ish lap was 02.07.89 which i think is pritty good in a stock car!

I am by no means the stig, but im not too slow eather!:))

Yeah i had an amazing day mate, just wish i could afford to do it more often! lol
 
gutted i missed this, no thanks to easytrack for poor service

ill prob be up for next day at oulton as long as not with easytrack
 
Fair play Jim you pushed your dc2 to the limit and on occasions beyond :bow:... I have to say that you have loads of “natural” talent (I tip my hat to you) and look forward to seeing you on track ASAP:drive:...

I was gutted you didnt make it too mate, was looking forward to a play with you in yours!

Yeah easytrack were not the best, but i just keeped on & on at them till they sorted it!:angry:

Thanks for the kind words mate, means alot to me coming from someone with your experiance!
I like to think i can drive quite well but it is nice to hear it from others too!:D

I put the few "beyond" occasions down to the tyre's! lol

I wanted a CW one myself but this one came up at the right time/price so i just went for it! Glad i did now though:p
 
id be tempted by red. But i love CSW so god knows, think id just see what was about!

Looks like you had a great day & I cant wait to try out oulton park looks like a real nice circuit! :D
