Oil problem

Hi all,
I'm having a "little" problem, that I never had before (only once a bit similiar, but later for that). Last night after a little meet, I fired up the engine and the oil pressure light stayed on for a few secs (1-2 max.) then went off. Now I started to get annoyed, stopped at the first parking area, popped up the hood and checked the oil level. Since the engine was at optimal temperature I expected the level to be a bit lower but it was just at the bottom of the dipstick. I don't remember that I ever had this low oil level even at warm engine. As far as I know my little ek3 doesn't "eat" oil, and it was changed 2k kms ago. Oh btw I checked this morning at cold engine, and the level was a bit under maximum. But I'm still not relaxed. Anyone with help/experience/comments?

Try putting fresh oil see if that does the trick.

After I noticed the problem I started checking oil before every startup, and after every stop (I waited 15mins). The oil wasn't leaking, and the car doesn't consume any, I state this because the level was normal. I don't know why did the oil lamp stayed on after a few starts, but the low lvl was defo because it didn't have time to flow down. I knew this then, but the lamp didn't let me rest. But the lamp...yes it can be my oil pump, but hope not. Thanks for your tips anyway, cheers :)
