I may have some standard OEM ek9 suspension up for grabs soon, I'm just waiting on my coilovers I will also have RSR lowering springs avalible at the same time. Depend how urgently you need them as I will still have to fit the coilovers once I get them.

You're asking quite alot for them, I just bought a set for £140 posted that had done 53,000 KM's from another user on here. :nerv:

Just thought I'd let you know, hope I'm not being out of line. :nice:

not at all mate, i had no idea what to charge, thought £200 sounded about right but i'll change my price, thanks

I have a set of ek9 springs just taken off the car and ready to go, with 50k and you can have them for £50 if you need them

I'm also in no immediate rush and strangely also from Chelmsford? is £140ish the average sale price? Jimbob how much are you looking for for those Bilsteins?

I think that £140ish is a very good price if they are in good working order thats only £35 a corner and they are expensive to buy new

I bought my standard ek9 suspension which covered 42k for £150 delivered if that helps. I still have the springs as I only needed the shocks. If you find shocks and need springs let me know :)

Have you got any pictures of the Bilsteins in a for sale thread I can take a gander at mate?

They are an great set of suspension (im sure you know of Bilstein??) They are comfy on the road (not to hard or crashy) & they are amazing on track!:))

I have never driven anything that handles as well as my EK9 with these fitted! They are defo a good upgrade on OEM!

The paint on them is a little worn due to the salt on our roads but they are in perfect working order!:nice:

Hear is a pic of them when i had just removed them from the car, but i will clean them up befor i sent them out if you are intrested that is!

Rear is based on B8 bilstein IMO (or not?) so U can adjust the height of rear by changing the height of the ring (verge ring, donno how should it be named). Make new grooves on shock and adjust the height of the car, attached pictures below.

BTW, it is a great setup for daily driving car, for exemple eibach pro kit -35mm spring and b8 with grooves.

Anyway, jimbo setup is a great upgrade!
