Hi guys,
At the risk of sounding like a complete noob......I need some help (car electronics is not my strong point!)
Basically, there was a non-OEM spoiler on my car with an additional brake light that had been fitted and wired in (spliced into the brake light wiring) by the bodyshop....it worked fine and so did my right/left brake lights and parcel shelf brake light.
I was getting rid of the spoiler, and having removed it, realised I couldn't disconnect the wire as it was hidden, so under the advice of a friend, I just cut the wire to the brake light on the spoiler I was removing......(WITHOUT disconnecting the battery)
But now, I have no brake lights Rear lights work fine, number plate lights work fine, and so does my rear fog light....
I tried to find a 'brake light' fuse in the engine bay fuse box and the drivers side box but couldn't find anything!
Can anyone help me out? How do I fix this?
