Newbie switching from a DC2

Hi :woot:

I currently drive a Uk Integra DC2 which is a superb car.
I now want a real Jap spec import in the EK9 and I'm looking daily everywhere for my perfect car.
Hoping to get 5k p/x for my teg and will put up 2-3k more to get an EK9.

My next new post will hopefully be with pics of my new car.:D
 
awesome :nice: there are a few people on here who sell ek9's im sure some of them will chime in :)
 
Welcome to the site! Nice decision! DC2 is a good car, but the EK9 in my opinion, handles betters, hope to see photos of your ride soon :bow:

welcome mate, i have few friends that drive ukdm dc2's, great cars but they want a JDM honda one day two :)

Hi once again all.

I Finally picked up my EK9 from Tegiwa Imports (Highly recommended BTW) on friday and just love this car.:)

It's a Yr 2000 Type R/X and there isn't a single mark on it. Just had to spray the wheels black and de-badge it as I'd had previously done to my UKDM Integra.
My Only mods are a Momo steering wheel and Spoon Street Style Muffler at the moment

I Can't believe this thing actually seems to handle better than my Integra and the power at the very least feels equal to the Integra too. :wow:
It took me a while debating as to whether it was worth changing over but I'm convinced I made the right decision now though .:woot:

Paid £7,600 for the car standard. £200 for the spoon muffler and a further £200 for a Cat1 alarm/immobilser.

The boys at Tegiwa were tops. All the cars there were proper mint so they obviously take time to bring in the best cars.

Got £5k for my teg so that helped towards this one of course. Bargain me thinks :nice:
