Why is the limiter still in place if the clocks are now reading MPH?

because the converter has been fitted after the ecu splic between ecu and dash. whereas if it was between the gearbox and ecu then the restriction would be removed too. Its the wrong place for a stock ecu'd car but the best place for a car thats going to have aftermarket engine management :nice:

@IRF........ 60mph i have never recorded but gets there fairly sharpish, i would say around 5 seconds flat at least.

Cars ive beaten, the list is pretty big,

some of the ones worth mentioning:

From a slow roll to around 110MPH
Honda S2000
E46 M3
Rev 3 MR2 turbo
Skyline GTST
Subaru STI
256bhp fiat coupe turbo
modded DC2

there are alot more but that should answer your question :)

hehe, that's cool, I have many witnesses. I would of thought my quarter mile time would be some back up to the claims.

I'm no lier gee, I will openly admit a loss too. The car is a very good at acceleration, top end pull say after 120mph the likes of the higher bhp cars will have more, before then it's hard to match.
 
Fast! Damn! Does it reach 130 MPH quickly on the track? say like on a straight way like Snetterton?

Why would 0-60 be relevent at any time? 20-100 looks amazing! just hope mines that fast with that conversion
 
i thought it was km's at first then realised it says mph....damm that thing is quick
 
yeah it was a quick motor for sure, for what it was..
