i'm looking for a new engine, preferrably just a b16a2 but i will consider a b16b or a b18c out of the integra type r. i bought my ek4 and got ripped off basically. bit gutted so now i want to make it good again and get it ready for the summer. pm me or ring 07979248645 if you have something to offer. would prefer to see/hear it running before i buy it. thanks

many thanks. i've got a thread going on in the engine section as well about my problem. i should know in the next week whether mine is salvagable or not. how much would you be looking for, for the b16b?

just wondered about the wiring loom etc cos i'm not sure that it'll run on a ek4 wiring loom?
 
I think you can run it on a ek4 (vti) loom with a pre face-lift ek9 ecu. The only additional bit you would have to connect is the knock sensor. You could use the plug and wiring out of the DC2 harness.
Failing that just use the ek4 loom with a stand alone ecu like the APEXI Power FC.
I think there may have also been someone on here selling a new ek9 engine harness.

ok gonna have to just look for a b16a2 now as i don't think i can afford a b16b. although i am utterly gutted :(
