Old Build Thread

Have been searching for a facelift 9 for absolutely ages! And no luck around here!!

I have came to the conclusion that i want a Jordan!! :))
My name is jordan too

Going to talk to insurance company, and this will be on the cards...

99 Jordan Civic MINT for sale in Galway: €3,000 - DoneDeal.co.uk

any other suggestions? :D

if it was me i'd wait for the facelift ek9. one will pop up sooner or later
superior car in every respect than a jordan
but its your decision, jordans are nice too:)

Will also have to check if timing belt has been changed yet, they usually need changed around 70k don't they?

Cant wait to get my hands on one!!

May sound like a silly question, but do you get much stick from your mates driving a yellow car? I myself love yellows civics but there are alot off idiots out there etc.

Never been a fan of the jordan to be honest, interior is very tacky...

There's not a lot out there at the moment, very hard to find a good clean honda in ireland...

Your best off holding on to your money, keep your current EK(which looks mint by the way) and wait until a nice unmolested facelift EK9 comes up. :D

If you settle for a Jordan you're only going to get bored of it after a short time and wish you bought an EK9...

cheers mate, you can buy it off me then lol

na, i have two bride ergo 2's sitting in mates garage that were meant to go into my current ej9, but i would throw them in the jordan and have ek9 carpet and doorcards :D

if i got that there would be a b18 in it before the end of the year :win:

What do you mean 'settle for a Jordan'

Not taking anything away from a jordan, and no offence to Jordan owners but the EK9 is superior in every way and it seems as though he's 'settling' for this Jordan as he can't find a clean facelift EK9 which is what he really wants...

i think jordans are the dogs ballix!!

only 500 made, rarer than an ek9, and have good tuning capabilities?
whats wrong with them!!

i will have an ek9 at some stage in my life btw!!

That sounds like a good start... They do have potential and the y56 yellow is an awesome colour, but the EK9 has a much better base to start from, the money you'd put into the jordan to make it as good as a 9 would be more than the difference in the price you'd pay for the cars... Just my opinion... :D

Both in standard form I agree! But I Garuntee that jordy93 isn't going to keep it standard!

It sounds like it alright, already talking about a b18 :) Good man haha

I have seen some really nice examples of Jordans, especially on here, one in particular which had black recaros with yellow sticthing, can't remember who owned it, but yes, they do hold plenty of potential and make for some great projects :)

That one on done deal looks relatively clean, definitely worth a look :D

Best of luck with it, and I'll keep my eyes peeled for that build thread :D

they have plenty of potential,i have one id wouldnt swap it for a 9 :) altho mine had alot of work done

Jordans are awesome cars. I'm on my second one. I sold my first one about 5 years ago and regretted it. So went and got another one.

I have a b18c4 in mine and it's quicker than my mates FN2 and allot rarer than a EK9

I also love my yellow and black tacky leather seats :))
