Ive just had my gearbox put back in my car it has had a new final drive, new diff (honda oem), new syncros. I was reversing out of my uncles garage and my gears just went dead ? ? ? reverse makes a wining noise 5th wines 4th wines a bit and 3rd you can just about hear the wine 1st and 2nd nothink.

i would check with the person who did the work, what kind of fluid did they put in it?

Honda mtf3 do you think it is a problem inside the box ? maybe the diff aint been fitted properly .

Hmmmm i don't want to speculate, it would be best to wait for RagingAngel or MFactory to post there opinion, but even better would be to speak to the person who installed it all...

Cheers anyway blinx i will just wait for RagingAngel or MFactory then. Ive got to wait till monday to speak to the person that fitted it. It takes the piss because ive been without it for 2 weeks now and it is my everyday car. Its really F*#ked me up now.

Ive sorted it ! ! ! the drivers side drive shaft poped out the box lol

might be worth going to honda and getting new drive shaft clips. when they have been removed a couple of times they never seem to hold like they used to.
