This was done in a full interior, NA tuned EK9 with a 250lb driver:angry:.

although i wonder how fast you would be if you lost 50lbs :nice:

LOL! You guys are hilarious. The car has potential to do a 12.5 because I was granny shifting due to the fact that the car was pulling hard (no power steering:drive:)

12.7 1/4 mile.....WoW
Your 60ft is GOOD too....
What are the specs on your car?

It's the first time I got that kind of 60ft. I usually pull 1.8-1.9 and do consistant 12.9's, but I went to the dyno earlier the afternoon and did some tuning. Apparently it paid off and with more seat time, the car can run 12.5 easily. Specs on the motor are:

Golden Eagle sleeved and bored GSR block
85mmX89mm
STOCK head
Skunk2 Stage2 cams
Supertech valvesprings/retainers
Skunk2 Pro series camgears
CP 11.9:1 Forged pistons
Eagle H-beam rods
Micropolished and Balanced LS crankshaft
Skunk2 Pro series Intake Manifold
68mm Professional Products Throttle body
MSD 8.5mm plug wires
Gates high performance timing belt
Custom 3" intake with velocity stack
Hondata heatshield IM gasket
Hytech Replica "BIG TUBE" header
Hondata S300 engine management (tuned by me :))
ACT Streetlite flywheel
ACT 4 puck sprung clutch
ACT HD pressure plate
Mfactory 4.785 final drive:nice::nice:

Wow
Perfect build...
i ran 14.4 @ 92 MPH's (B18C-R)
Fully loaded EK. I have to admit though that i stink @ launch!

I have some plans on boring it out too, to a 2.0L

It will be the perfect build when I get a port and polished head:shocked:.

What!

Just imagen how much more power you'll be gettin out of that!
Have you considered ITB's

damn! what tires you running? your a very good driver :nice: how much power you making now?

that is very fast my mate haribo has just a few mods more than u. like the gas flowed head ITB's getting fitted and 1st 3rd 4th 5th gear set there is nothing els n/a he can do to the engine so it will be good to see what time he can run.

does anyone know what the fastest n/a ek9 time is on the 1/4 mile

I only got to fuel tune it as I had little time on the dyno. It basically made the same HP and TQ as the last time, but when the graphs are overlapped against each other, you see that the entire powerband has increased. The only other mod I made from my last dyno tune, was to change pistons and bump from 11:1 to 11.9:1 compression.

I am using some MT 22x8x15 slicks now, but will upgrade to some 23" slicks soon. The car just peels the slicks on the line, so bigger ones are in order.

ITB's are a bit hard to tune and are very expensive. I also live in areas with alot of dirt and gravel roads, so ITB's are a no no for me:nono:

Great car mods and great times to show for it well done mate!!!
