MyJDM 96spec ITR Turbo

Looks good in above photos. Saw this at Andrews on sat. Wouldn't take a lot to get this looking good again. Do proper size type r stickers, paint front bumper properly. Should paint interior white and swap exhaust too. Not into either. Edit:just realised this sounds really harsh. Car is cool otherwise.

haha small world :) looking good mate any more parts to come :)

Only update from last time would be that ive changed my top fuel filter for an Apexi intake as the old filter was bogging.

Will have new coilovers soon as one of the springs has a bit snapped off so it has failed mot with few other problems.

I may change the type r stickers for real ones later on but its not a neccessity the now.
Front bumper will get painted properly later on as with the 98spec bumper thats still waiting to be painted and fitted.
I like the gunmetal the now but might repaint the interior as the water leak has ruined it again in the spare wheel well xD
Exhaust will be going too as its not loud enough for me lol.

Woow cheers for sharing that with me Kipper :D
Im guessing your dad was the irish owner???

Damn the Rays look so good in gold there, its black now but im thinking about powdercoating it in champ white.

Also didnt know the Spoon mounts have Energy bushes??
Torque damper is J's Racing and rear brace is standard Type R... unless Spoon makes the standard Type R braces??

Yehh he was indeed after bringing it from the mainland. Yehh he was always thinking C/W wheels too. But I loved the gold too. Yeh he put the energy inserts with the already stiff spoon mounts, it took them a while to bed in I must admit lol. Yeh thats a genuine J's damper he bought and bought that OEM rear brace for it from Honda. Still limited to 130mph is it? lol

Sweet man :D
I think champ white would look beasting as tegs always do but the gold looks epic as well.
Oh my, energy bushes in my Spoon mounts... now thats a bonus i never knew :D

Yup still limited indeed.
Im gonna find out is the Crome management includes speed delimiter as if it does, im gonna wait till i get uprated cams and that then get a remap and get it delimited at same time... if it doesnt include that feature ill probs just buy the HKS speed defenser.

You dont have anymore pic or info on it do you?
Also any documents?? Only irish doc i got is really the tax.

Wee update.

Finally got the car back on tuesday after failing its MOT.
Wheel bearing replaced, ARB bushes replaced, new rear tyre and front springs replaced with spare Teins from my mechanic for the time being as one of the springs snapped.
Now car is mechanically fine bar the coilovers which will be replaced very soon as the car now sits alot higher at the front :( .

Since i got the car back, thought id get a couple of pics of my new Apexi Power intake that i bought to replace the old knackered Top Fuel filter.

Also the car is getting dynoed on saturday so excited to see how much its making.
Not guessing anything incase it lets me down, just hoping it hasnt lost much over the years.

Here's hoping itll improve abit on the intake side.

Make sure you get a graph up, once its been on dyno.

On another note bin that intake (heatsoak), OEM/Mugen is far superior and you will notice the difference.

I will do.

Well i was planning on getting a carbon heatshield made up to get rid of the heatsoak.

Well yesterday was Clanjapan's dyno day and since my Integra hasn't been dynoed yet and i wanted to see what its pushing, i went along with them.
Choice of place was Extreme Motorsport in Whitburn in which they use a state of the art Dastek 2wd 4wd enclosed in a custom built sound proof dyno cell so i figured it will be as good as Dyno Dynamics from Hypertech which is where i got my previous car done.

Max power @ wheels - 157.5bhp
Max power @ engine - 188.8bhp
Max torque - 113.8Ibft

Although equipped with full exhaust and induction, being a 15 year old car with over 100k mile i am chuffed to bits with the results... only 9bhp loss from factory, couldnt ask for more.
Now with the base power, i can start on the tuning and get more powahhh :D

Here is some vids taken from the day.
William's DC2 Rolling Road - YouTube

My Integra's first dyno - YouTube

Got pics taken as well but wee bro is editing them so will upload it later on.
Enjoy for now :) .
