I recently sold up my Ek4 and got myself an Integra Da6. I cant seem to find a good UK forum that coveres these cars so i guess il post it here! lol :)

Its been in the country sinse 98 when it was imported, i have the original bil of sale and lots of service history to back it all up. Its not the mintest car but its very clean for its age.

Plans so far are a full re-spray in black and a set of Dc2 wheels sprayed mag blue with a drop on some good coilovers.

Its still running the standard B16a, Was apparently the first honda to run a "B" series engine, so they all evolved from this.

The gearbox used is very short tho and it gets to illegal speeds very easly and you dont have to work it so hard out of v-tec to make it move which is nice.

i think the CRX was the first to run a vtec B series

open to correction
 
no mate the da6 was the FIRST vehicle to have a vtec.

wikepedia has some incorrect bits mate

my gearbox is ys1 not y21

my engine is sir b16 jdm 170+bhp not the a1 - 160bhp

hope that clears some of it up

Did the UK get the DA integra?
I'm a fan of the car, but not it's performance potential. Very flimsy chassis compared to a DC2 or EK.
 
no the uk didnt

the chassis is very similair to crx ef9.
can be braced up with brace bars. and also dc2 anti roll bars.

mine doesnt seem that old and flimsy. it tight around the B-roads. Even better with my new coilovers..!!!
