nice motor mate.... just needs a lil' exterior work ;)

In my opinion you should get rid of the body kit, but this is just my opinion, if you like the car that is ok.

Thanks for sharing the photos, post some photos of the interior :)
 
I like the neons..

Do them rims not rub ?

My 17"s do there a pain in the bum :angry2: I need some smaller ones!
 
The body kit is abit marmite you wither love or hate it ! When i was 15 id had prob prefered the neons etc but now at the tender age of 22 lol id rather have it standard. Forced induction you say ? Get some bay pics up and get it on the rollers see what she is pushing. But gratz its allways good to pick up a new motor !
 
my opinion get rid of the bodykit put all exterior back to standad and smaller wheels apart from those i love the cage :)
 
Persoanlly I think the bodykit looks terrible, but then my first car (1.2l) was probably wilder than that bodykit wise, so I'm hardly one to talk.

Fair play when you cant afford to spend your money on the engine because of insurance costs, but on a classic like the EK9 I really think it detracts from the cars original purpose. But then it's your car, it's about what you like..

How about some proper specs and some engine bay pics?
 
IMO Please get rid the bodykit asap. do you still have the stock headlights and stock type r rims?
 
cheers for the replies. Will get sum engine bay pics sum time. This was how the car came in from japan. It's only been in the I'm for 2 months. I aid of preceded it standard but trust me wen I say this it looks much better in the flesh. The last owner that had it I'm japan spent slot on the exterior so I'll leave it 4 now as I can't afford to buy any bits yet. Interior the back has been stripped except from the rear seats. The bloke who imported it thinks it was used as a track car sum time in it's life hense no rear interor an roll cage. Head unit is wierd got 2 single DIN unit linked together.1 mini disk the other graphic EQ an cd. All frequency is in map so gona use my JVC double DIN media player. Thanks for posts oLI.
 
sorry bout the spelling predictive txt. As for the alloys they r 18inch but the arches have been rolled an for sum reason the indicators have been removed an smoothed. Got the indicators tho. Wheels don't rub or bang. I was not to sure about the bodykit on it in the pics wen I saw it but wen I viewed it it is quite a stunning car. It turns so many heads especially wen it drivin it as it is very loud. 5zigen straight thru system decat. Lookin for a fast flow cat if anyone is selling one pLo
 
Each to their own....so long as you are happy mate, who cares what other people think.
 
I'm pretty sure the guy didn't sign up to have people take the piss out of his car, be friendly, if it's not your taste fair enough, but everyone is different. Personally I prefer the stock look too, but give him a break :D:p
