My EK9 Build (alot of pics)


did you do the facelift conversion yourself or was it converted when you bought it?

I thought it was an GF ek9 but i guess it wasnt.. but it came with all GF 99/00 heaterboxes and a face-lifted front end so i guess it was already converted to 99/00
 
yea i see that the chassis plate says E-EK9 which tells us its a pre facelift

also the chassis number confirms this as prefacelift ek9 chassis numbers start with 100......

facelift ek9 chassis number starts with 110......

and 00 civic RX ek9 start with 120.......

correct so i i was wondering why mine didnt come with any power window's :( i'm just guessing the o.g ownder decided to internally face lift it..

Thanks you guys still waiting on more parts and i will get the build going on and moar pics will be up :D
 
looking great mate, im thinking of painting mine that color or long beach blue (nsx blue)

may i ask your color code ?

Maybe you got the race (base) model EK9.

BTW, loved what you did with that car. I just dont like the J's canard combined with the ARC winglet.
 
Yea that's what i believe also that is a race base.. Yea it was spur the moment thing i have 2 spare bumpers so i switched it back to the oem look :D
