Day off today, so thought I would get a couple pics taken of my new ride
Bought her last week, completely standard, good condition! All I have done to her so far is put on a decat, and removed the crome front grill/honda badge and replaced it with an ek9-style blacked out grill ... relocating the badge to the bonnet.
I am into subtle styling mods, so I wont be doing much more styling to the exterior as I like it the way it is - plus I gather the Vti-s ek4's are a little bit exclusive ... although I am in two minds about the rear boot spoiler, I had full intention of getting an EK9 spoiler, but the more I look at the boot spoiler - it grows on me lol.
Il keep adding to this thread over time, but my future plans to pass the coming winter months are:
- Get the bodywork immaculate (couple of minor rust bubbles sorted) then a full respray (original colour).
- Tint rear windows.
- Refurb the wheels.
- Lowering springs (maybe coilovers if I find a good deal).
- Get induction kit / exhaust system sorted (I am still researching for the best setup aimed at pure acceleration power rather than topspeeds, so I will no doubt seek some advice soon as a research more!).
- Ecu remapped (saving for a Hondata s300)
Then into next year:
- Down the route of engine internals, camshafts etc etc.
