Hey guys, thought it was about time i started a thread up on my civic.
For the past 3 years or so iv been mainly involved with 106's and ibiza curpa's but iv seen the light and brought a civic, Iv atually got a black ek4 aswell with a b16b in it but i carnt afford the insurance due to getting done for driving with no insurance :( (im not a scum bag, i was moving a 106 that wasnt insured from the front of my house to the back garden via the alley way, and police officer happened to be at the bottom of the alley. He took my car off me, gave me £200 fine, £150 to get it out of the impound and a IN10 conviction which is the worst bit! so basically my insurance is filth!)

anyways im trying to forget all that crap.

Planns for the car:

coilovers
4 pot brakes
strubraces
turbo conversion
seam welding
flocked dash
new steering wheel
new wheels
sun roof delete
spoon n1
cage
new carpet
privacy glass

This thread will be abit muddled up at first as iv done some of these mods already

Basically iv got a 1.4 16v ej9 completely resprayed in championship white with ek9 bumpers and lips all round :)

Iv fitted some ek9 recaros and fabricated some nice low sitting sub frames.

very nice mate sorry to hear about ur bad luck :(

I couldn't believe it at the time, the copper was a right arse aswell, he also didnt seem to stoked when he looked under the bonnet of the 106 to fing a 16v R6 carbed vts engine

The whole thing has cost me around 3K as my other insurance was cancelled as they dont insure drivers with a in10 conviction :(

I think you may be right mate i carnt remember wether it was cw or frost, iv got the code sumwhere bt CW sounds better :D so il stick with that haha ;)

Current set up:

Gaz gold coilovers
Ek4 anti roll bars and wishbones
lower H brace
upeer DC sports brace
Buddy club exhaust
Tegiwa brake stopper

Bloody skills matey!!

Thanks mate, iv never atually done it before soo its kind of trial n error, although im currently studying motorsport engineering at uni and am doing a work placement at slide sports race engineering soo im getting skills from there :)

Iv got got a rear strut brace to fit aswell that i made over the weekend il get some pictures up later on

Heres my tegiwa brake stopper and i also cleaned up my radiator stay as it was rusty as hell, made a little electrolysis's bath to remove the rust and then sprayed it up red. Think im going to do the engine rocker cover the same colour

Ir basically stops the master cylinder from moving under heavy braking, give a firmer feeling pedal due to less flex

and cheers man :)

Looks good, is that a genuine buddyclub spec 2 catback? if you dont mind me asking

Car looks good mate a actually didn't have a clue what the brake stopper was either! That's a bit of a Dick bout the no insurance thing how long does it stay on your licence?

its just the back box, bar that its standard. I think im goin to get my hands on a standard back box or something now quite so loud, well untill iv finished my turbo kit then its as my mayhem as i can cause hahah :))

Well fort id up load a pic of my new brake set up for the front, they wont be goin on just yet, i carnt wait there soo bloody big :D

There off a jaguar xjr R edition i think, there 4 pot brembo made to take a 300mm disk. There currently at freaky parts waiting to have a mounting bracket machined.
