were you at that mini meet the other night by any chance, silverburn/town ?
 
UPDATE:


My car is broke as ****, bottom end is knocking. Got trailered to my mechanics today to get ripped to bits. My money for rollcage is about to get spent :(
 
did 600 miles before it started to knock. was just about to get it dynoed aswell :(
 
Just either a second hand bottom end or rebuild mine steve, dont have the money to upgrade anything unfortuantely.

will get pics when i go up to see it on saturdayguys. hopefully itl be fixed for the meet in april :nice:
 
Major bummer. Where you using a standard P73 ITR ecu?
 
Suppose if you rebuild it then youll have a bit of piece of mind that itll be ok

any idea whats caused it to start knocking?
 
yeh standard ecu at the time.

i took a chance and bought a full car with a b18c swap whitch i broke for parts.

the car had been upside down, but at the price i paid for it/how much iv made back it was worth the risk. just annoying im having to spend money iv set aside for other sheit
 
Trying to look on the bright side atleast you will have a very healthy engine after rebuild:nice:

Nice Build. Love the wire tuck on the bay. Get some nice bits in there when your getting the engine rebuilt. Some things happen for a reason ;)

Mine was the one next to the DC5 at silverburn.
