P1000276.jpg

And I manage to stumble accross these.... :)

P1000268.jpg

P1000277-1.jpg

So figured i'd put them to good use and got them fitted

P1000278.jpg

What we have here is a Votech high output supercharger running on the reduced pulley too :secret:  an ACT prolite flywheel and 6 puck clutch with a rather special S4C. It's got the LSD fitted but been changed for a Kaaz LSD, the box was stripped, new bolts for the diff and resealed and put back together.

I've got to give a massive shout out to the guys at R-Motion, cant reccomend them enough, great work at a great price and 2 of the nicest blokes you're ever likely to meet.

So go on be honest, how many of you were expecting this

It's not quite finished, it still needs mapping but other than that its good to go :nice:

Michael

Mmm my old supercharger

Awesome update bud. Can't wait to see this on sunday :nice:

oh my god

although if you had kept it oem jordan with the supercharged, that would have been maximum, but i can see why you would also want to change it.

normally i dont like jordans, but this is an exception, love the car especially the te37's :nice:

Cant believe i've not updated this thread for so long, been rather busy over the past few months. Anyway here's one of a few updates coming up :)

Ok guys time for the final piece of the jigsaw as such - the mapping. Here is all the parts that were changed and graphs from the map.

OEM rad and fan setup
P1000473.jpg

P1000474.jpg

New Koyorad and Spal fan
P1000475.jpg

New RC 750cc injectors
P1000471.jpg

Hondata 4bar MAP sensor
P1000472.jpg

Hondata S300 V2
P1000477.jpg

And now for the graphs

First up WHP vs Torque
P1000800.jpg

And now Boost vs WHP
P1000801.jpg

So thats 228.6 WHP (which is approx 260-270bhp) and 150 lbft torque. The figures are what was roughly expected from the kit and the way it drives now is amazing. So fun to drive :D I cant thank Will at Race Dyno Tuning enough for the hours he put into this. If ever any of you want any sort of work doing definatly look him up

Here is a link to the video I took of the final run Honda Civic Jordan Supercharged - YouTube enjoy!

So what do you all think?

Michael

Hi guys, I know i'm not a big poster on here but i'm regularly browsing and like to keep you all up to date with my car :) Here are the final updates to this project...for now at least :naughty:

So first off a new clutch, was struggling using the unsprung ACT daily so got hold of myself a new CC Stage 4, 6 puck sprung clutch

P1000929_zps89dcac0e.jpg

Next up got hold of myself some Tein bonnet dampers ages ago

P1000930_zpse6a2e0f2.jpg

P1000931_zps6a4d48fd.jpg

The supercharger had some play in the shaft so got myself a new bearing kit for it from the states

P1000935_zpsad578288.jpg

Also the engine mounts were struggling, they got advised on the MOT the other week, anyway I got myself some Innovative billet aluminium 60a mounts :)

P1000937_zpse439a3ca.jpg

P1000938_zps84a6428e.jpg

Also purchased this a while back, an EK9 brake master cylinder

P1000939_zps05bd5b60.jpg

And all flushed down with some RBF600 brake fluid :)

P1000940_zps60042468.jpg

Final part purchased (literally turned up this week). One EK9 steering wheel, feels so much nicer to drive with :D

P1000947_zpse54bb09f.jpg

I also finally got the rear braided brake lines fitted too, unfortunately there is no room for a brake stopper in the engine bay - yes it really is that tight for space  So it stops as well as it goes now :D

Heres a few pics of it taken at R-Motion of everything fitted :)
