Hi guys here is some pictures of my b18c ek9. took it to santa pod saturday, so i thought i would take some pictures for you guys.

Considering the weather conditions i think it pulled very well. After waiting 5 hours to get on the drag, down to one lane cause of the rain. i was finally up. i ran a 14.4 @ 99.9mph. i did have a rubbish launch and no traction. id have got into the 13.6-13.9 bracket if the weather was better.

going to go to santa pod again on the 20th of april, so hopefully the weather is good and i get more then one run for £25 lol.

Interesting you think a 13.6 is on the cards. Mine similar spec to yours. maybe we should do an ek9.org Santa pod meet?
 
Cars looking clean man, that other ek9 in the pics is rockin some crazy stance lol. Agree with above 13.6 would be very quick for b18 ek9
 
was down there on the sunday and didn't even go through the gates... Mud, rain, snow and floods.... Came home again.. Got to ride in my mate Leon Cupra R though so not all bad :))

otherwise would have said hi to you mate.
 
Very nice hatch!

I have my plates painted body color on the back, for taking pictures.
Just turn them around after pics are done.
Beats photoshop work to take out the plates.

Sounds like a good plan. I have a totaly standard 9 at present. Would be nice to see the difference a b18 makes.:D

That's a very clean engine bay !! Must have been crap only getting the one run though.

Not a fan of the other '9 at all
 
Cheers for the kind words guys :), the other ek9 has grown on me tbh, its a really nice car, the wheels are just something else. Makes a change to see someone doing something different with there 9s. His bay is spotless, he also won best jap car @ 1st place which is quite a achivement.

Yes i defenalty reacon a 13.6 is do able. 20th of april anyone game. We need to make this happen boys.
 
I should be able to do 20th April. I go away shortly after that so perfect time to destroy the car,
Me and drag strips don't do well. I call them "break what you brung"
 
Haha thats funny. Bit of a heavy clutch and accelerater guy then lol!!
